«LIFE DESIGN WORKSHOP – CORONA SPECIAL»

28 November 2020 & 14 January 2021 | 10am – 5pm (virtually)
IN ENGLISH

In this workshop, we will use the innovation method design thinking combined with positive psychology and visualization to manage our day to day lives by giving it structure, managing our energy (physical, mental, emotional) proactively and building a portfolio of mental health strategies.

In addition, we will look what we are all about and how to bring more of this into our future. Whether as a full-time job, a part-time job, a side-project or as a hobby to build self-efficacy, hope for the future and optimism (which we have scientifically proven).

You will meet other people who are looking for solutions to realize themselves, to deal with uncertainty, to move from the passenger to the driver seat. While the starting point might be different for each person, together we embark on a search for a future with smaller and bigger elements of fulfillment, joy and energy.

METHODS

We use creative and visual methods that enable you to develop your personal vision of the future beyond purely cognitive logic (rational pro-contra lists, decision matrix, economic considerations, etc.). Rather, we leave the well-established patterns of thinking, dead ends and one-way streets by means of creativity techniques.

We create emotional experiences, give space to supposedly offside ideas and thus raise unconventional ideas for your future. Through empathy, inspiration and co-creation you will turn your ideas into prototypes, test them, modify them and optimize them in the following weeks.

OBJECTIVES

After the workshop, you will ...

  • know how to structure your day for more energy (physical, mental, emotional)
  • understand what you are about (including your signature strengths)
  • are equipped to have more healthy conversations with yourself
